3. Rate limits are tier-based (Free: 60/min, Core: 300/min, Creator: 600/min, God Mode: 1200/min).
4. API keys are personal and must not be shared or published.
5. AI disclaimer must be included when displaying or redistributing API content.
6. No SLA during development phase.
